Annual Membership Meeting, September 27, 2023

The Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm MT.  The purpose of the meeting is to elect Directors and conduct other business that may come before the Membership.  The meeting is open to anyone who wishes to attend. We hope to cover many current issues relating to public awareness and pipeline safety.  Meeting details are below:

The agenda will include:
- Welcome and introductions
- Election of Directors
- Board of Directors report to the membership
- Status of current programs
- Development of new programs
- Round-table discussion

The Director positions up for election in 2023 represent the member categories of:
- Hazardous Liquids Facilities
- Gas Transmission Facilities
- Production Facilities  

The State Associations will also meet on Tuesday, September 26th, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon MT.  The purpose of the meeting is to share information and plan collaborative activities.

A Special Session will be held Tuesday, September 26th from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 pm to discuss: New Horizons in Public Awareness: Emergency Responder Liaison and Geofencing/Geotargeting Campaigns

DPAC will hold their annual meeting Thursday, September 28th from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm MT at the DoubleTree Hotel.

POCO will hold their annual meeting Monday, September 25th from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm MT at the DoubleTree Hotel.
