PAPA Annual Membership Meeting

Mark your calendar for the Annual Membership Meeting to be held this year in Salt Lake City, Utah! We've selected a new location at Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek.

We'll kick off on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 with the following sessions: 

• State Association Meeting: 9 am - 11:30 am 
• Sustaining Member Updates: 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm
• PAPA 101: 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm 
• Social Time: 5:30-6:30 pm
  
  

The official PAPA Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm MT. The purpose of the meeting is to elect Directors and conduct other business that may come before the Membership.  The meeting is open to anyone who wishes to attend. We hope to cover many current issues relating to public awareness and pipeline safety. 

The Annual Membership Meeting Agenda will include:

• Election of Directors
• Strategic Update/Board of Director's Report
• Core Programs & Enhancements
• Special Session on Public Awareness Hot Topics - TBD
• Round-table Discussion

The Director positions up for election in 2025 represent the member categories of:

• Production Facilities
• Gas Transmission Facilities
• Hazardous Liquids Facilities

All meeting sessions will be held virtually as well as in person. Please click here to RSVP for the meetings and book a hotel room in the PAPA block. Please contact us if you have any issues reserving rooms. We are happy to look into making additional space available.
