Annual Member Meeting, September 26, 2018
The Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at the Doubletree Hotel, 3203 Quebec Street, Denver, CO 80207. The purpose of the meeting is to elect Directors and conduct other business that may come before the Membership. The meeting is open to anyone who wishes to attend. We hope to cover many current issues relating to public awareness and pipeline safety.
The agenda will include:
- Welcome and introductions
- Election of Directors
- Board of Directors report to the membership
- Status of current programs
- Development of new programs
- Round-table discussion
The Director positions up for election this year represent the member categories of:
- Gas Gathering Facilities
- Gas Distribution Facilities
- Storage and Other Facilities
An additional session is scheduled for Tuesday, September 25, from 3:00 to 4:30 pm. We will discuss the three 2018 Stakeholder Surveys and potential additional program improvements in greater detail. Everyone is welcome to attend this informative session.
The State Associations will also meet on Tuesday, September 25, from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to share information and plan collaborative activities. Lunch will be provided.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the rate of $132 per night (plus taxes and fees). This rate will be available until August 26, or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first.
